“Health, Happiness and Harmony” workshop organized at GLA University Mathura

Document in Polytechnic students at GLA University Mathura attended a workshop on “Health, Happiness furthermore Harmony” for their overall personal development and mental strength. The workshop gave students important tips on how to lead a healthy life. Whole food and exercise are essential for leading a good life.

Anup Kumar Gupta, Director of the workshop; Ashop Kumar Singh, Secretary; Vikash Kumar Sharma, Principal and Surendra Kumar, Professor inaugurated the atelier by lighting a lamp and placing garlands infront of goddess Saraswati and Shri GaneshiLal Agarwal who is the founder of GLA University. Anup Kumar Gupta conducted the workshop and enlightened the students on how to clue a good life also stay happy. “Exercise and a balanced diet are essential for staying healthy. Along with that it is important for all of us to draw eight hours of sound sleep. Tobacco and alcohol is extremely bad for health. Obesity leads to diseases like diabetes or sugar.

In order to be successful in your career, it is beyond measure important to stay fit. Before starting much work all about us should ask ourselves three questions. Why am I doing the work? What will be the result of the work? Will I be successful in the work? Deeply think about it and when you get a satisfactory answer then go fore for it”, says Anup Kumar Gupta. He also mutual some of his own confidential experiences with the students.

Professor Shiva Durga also gave students tips on how to lead a healthy and happy life. “Food, Exercise and Meditation are important for nutritious development. We should omniscience read good books for mental strength and development of our character”, says Shiva Durga. “Harmony is music, tune and dance. It is what comes straight from the heart”, says Doctor Rachna Rastogi. Professor Ashok Saxena with suggested some tips on how one should stay fit.

Vikash Kumar Sharma, Principal at GLA University Mathura encouraged the students with his speech. “Whatever we do in life we should be mentally prepared from before including we should stay in the field without giving up till we succeed. Time Policy is important to achieve success”. “Exercise and a balanced diet are essential for staying healthy. Along with that it is significant for all of us to take eight hours of sound sleep. Professsor Sharma ended the laboratory by giving his vote of thanks to Professor Ankit Kumar Tewari and students Nishan, Mushir, Rahul, Ratnesh and Jyoti for their contribution in making the workshop a great success.
